Our selection includes traditional Lakeland farmhouses set in the absolute heart of the Langdale Valley sleeping up to 14, steeped in character and oozing charm, to luxury modern apartments sleeping 2 complete with private tennis facilities and leisure complex.

Photography has been a passion since he was a child and Steve has been a full time professional photographer since 1987. His desire to be creative is stronger now than at any point in his career and the pleasure he gets from presenting his clients with their own personal photographs is unmeasurable.

All our rooms are individual in their own way some with exposed beams others with high ceilings and some on the ground floor, but they are always kept clean, also due to our location in Windermere some of our rooms have excellent views over the roof tops to the surrounding countryside.

Facilities in our rooms include en-suite shower or bath, tea and coffee making facilities, TV with 10 channels, hair dryer and ironing board (irons available at reception). At night we don’t expect you to be back in the house when we close the front door, so you have a key allowing you to come and go as you please. We only ask for people to respect other guests when returning late in the evening.
